My wide feet ladies get the wide and 1/2 size up if you can. I had to return the lugg and get the other. I’m a 10 but got a 10. 5 wide. Perfect fit. Customer service was amazing! So happy I pulled the trigger on these! Thank you Thursday Boots!

've had my pair of boots for about a month now and I have loved wearing them to work. They are rugged enough for my commute but nice enough to wear in the office (unlike my snow boots!). I also just recently wore them on a weekend trip to New York City. They were water proof enough to handle both pouring rain and snow! And they were comfortable even after 2 days of 15,000 steps each!

My exchange happened quickly and easily. the new size worked out. Had to go up a half size and wide. Shoes were not as heavy as expected which was a nice surprise.
